TERMS OF SERVICE

READ THESE THOROUGHLY.
if you're unsure/confused about anything, ask me about it.
i'll try and explain.by commissioning me, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms of service.

general info
my prices are in EURO/€. do NOT send USD/$ or any other currency.
i will only start working on a commission once the full payment has been sent.
payment through paypal or kofi only. i do not take deviantart points, amino coins, or whatever other virtual currencies there are, unless i make a specific post about it.
due to paypal and kofi having a minimum age requirement of 18 years in order to legally sign up for an account and use their services, you must be 18 years or older to commission me.
commission completion may take anywhere from a day to maybe even several months. i'm a busy guy with a full-time job. be patient, please.
i will only accept two commissions in total at a time.
i reserve the right to refuse a commission if it makes me uncomfortable.
i reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason.
once i have finished the rough sketch of your commission, i will send it to you. please make sure that everything is 100% to your liking. i have the right to turn down or request an additional fee for any drastic changes if the sketch has already been approved by you, unless it was my own mistake.
the art you commissioned may be used anywhere with credit.
do not sell my art for profit (prints, t-shirt designs, stickers, etc.), unless discussed with and approved by me beforehand.
i reserve the right to upload a commission to any of my social media accounts, unless requested otherwise beforehand.
if requested, i will gladly send you progress shots of your commission (in addition to the sketch).
your character must have a clear reference sheet. if you only have an unclear reference for your OC (e.g. a traditionally drawn reference) or you only send me a written description of them, i will decline your commission.

refund policy
you will receive a full refund upon requesting one if i haven't started on your commission yet.
you will receive a partial refund upon requesting one if i've already started on your commission. the amount you're refunded will depend on how far i've gotten with the art piece.
you will receive a full refund if i cancel the commission myself. which, tbh, basically never happens.

blood	anything depicting hateful things, including, but not limited to, homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, ableism, and so on.
plain backgrounds	any other type of background
idk ask about anything else	needles and complex wings (i'd cry, sry)

COMMISSIONS

prices for additional characters on the same canvas are +100% of the original price unless they're partially covered by another character, not fully on the canvas, etc.link to the commission form is at the bottom of the page :>style will always be sorta sketchy (more like the two fullbodies, not as clean as the other examples) and includes shading/lighting.

ABOUT DISCORD

apparently the link to my Discord profile never worked lol, but that's fine because i'm not really a fan of adding random people as friends anyway.so as of december 04, 2022, the little Discord icon links to a private server insteadthe server is not for casual chatting (message permissions for the general channel are off), it only exists so you can either dm me for TH codes without having to send a friend request or you can create a private thread within the server!private threads can't be seen by non-admin members unless you @ them, so the code(s) won't be shared with anyone else!
please @ me if you use the thread option though, i may not see it otherwise,,you can leave the server again as soon as you got your code(s)! or don't. idk i'm not ur bosswelcome messages are turned off in case anyone feels anxious about those.

REQUESTS?

short answer: no :(long answer: there were instances in the past where i felt like drawing some experimental stuff but didn't feel like using my own characters. it rarely happened back then, and it may even never happen again tbh, but if it ever does, i'll make a specific post about it.otherwise, don't ask about requests.
